In late August of 2023, with the retirement of previous owner, current owner and Bloomington native Emma Fisher purchased what was then Kirkwood Photo Lab. The studio has been passed down twice with what began as Kirkwood Photo Company, started by Robert “Bob” Talbot. In 1992, Kirkwood Photo Lab was formed. For the past 38 years, Kirkwood has been a staple in the community, capturing little leagues, school yearbook and sports portraits, events, and in house printing services. Today, Foto Line is a reflection of the same values and quality products.
